Liquid equalizer

Constantly learning how to use new tools always brings amazing insights.

I love experimenting with new tools and I continuously try to find new things to play with and learn from. The liquid equalizer was a first tryout of prototyping electronics with Arduino.

Dance! Dance! Dance!

As my first project with Arduino and Processing me and my colleague Ben Pawle (Founder of NORDPROJECTS) chose to play with electromagnetic waves physical magnets and ferromagnetic fluids and combined it all into a Liquid Equalizer. A moving desk sculpture that dances to whatever you’re listening to on your headphones.
